Greek salad with Feta cheese
Potatoes baked by halves and mushrooms
Take out of the fridge and kitchen cabinet the products you will need: Feta cheese, olives without stones, sweet red pepper, tomatoes, fresh basil, olive oil, potatoes (2 per person), mushrooms (4 per person), tomato juice ( 3 min)
Put a frying pan on fire. (1 min)
Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them by halves at their long side, so that the halves have larger area of cut (3 min)
Put 1 table spoon of olive oil into a frying pan and fry the potatoes at both sides (4 min).
In the meanwhile wash the mushrooms, tomatoes, basil and sweet red pepper (2 min).
Put the potatoes into the vegetables baking form, put full mushrooms their with their stem up, salt the potatoes and mushrooms, put them into the oven (2 min)
Cut tomatoes, sweet pepper, basil, dice Feta cheese, add olives and olive oil, mix the ingredients, then put into a salad bowl (10 min)
Lay the table, putting the tablecloth, crockery, cutlery, salad bowl, large dish, glasses and tomato juice. (3 min)
Have a rest for 10 minutes.
Check with a fork, if the potatoes are soft. Then put them and mushrooms into a large dish. (1 min)
(!) Tip: There will be some mushroom juice inside the mushrooms, so try to move them carefully, with stems up.
Time needed: 29 minutes of cooking plus 10 minutes break for rest while the potatoes get baked
