Chicken stewed with vegetables
Apples baked with cottage cheese

Take out of the fridge and kitchen cabinet the products you will need: chicken legs (1-2 per person), onions, tomatoes (1 per person), 1 egg plant, sweet pepper, parsley, dry basil, salt, olive oil, apples (2 per person), cottage cheese, 1 egg, dry raisins, sugar ( 3 min)

Switch on the oven to make it hot.

Using a tea spoon take away the apples core, put some sugar inside (2 min)

Mix the cottage cheese with raisins, 1 egg yolk and sugar, stuff the apples, put them inside the oven (4 min)

Put a large saucepan on fire, put 1 table spoon of olive oil inside (1 min)

Wash the chicken legs, salt them, put them inside a saucepan and fry (1 min)

In the meanwhile, wash the vegetables and peel the onions, dice everything, placing onions separately (5 min)

(!) Note: while dicing the vegetables, make one short break to turn the chicken legs to another side

See, if the chicken began to get brown, add onions and stir (3 min)

When onions begin to get brown, add the rest of vegetables, salt and pepper them, stir, then decrease the fire and put a lid on the saucepan (3 min).

Lay the table, putting the tablecloth, crockery, cutlery, 2 large dishes, glasses and water or juice. (3 min)

Check, if the apples are soft. Check, if you need to add some water to the vegetables and chicken (1 min).

Have a rest for 5-7 minutes.

When apples, chicken and vegetables are ready, put them on dishes and serve.

Time needed: 26 minutes of cooking plus 5-7 minutes break for rest while the chicken and vegetables get baked
