Mushroom cream-soup
Broccoli baked with sweet red pepper
Take out of the fridge and kitchen cabinet the products you will need: fresh mushrooms (about 5 medium size mushrooms per person), onions (1 small onion per person or 1 large onion for 2 people), cream, butter, flour, water, salt and pepper, broccoli (1 medium size for 2 people), cheese, olive oil and sweet red pepper (1 per person), water or juice (3 min).
Switch on the oven to make it hot (1 min)
Put a bit of olive oil into a vegetables baking form or a frying pan without a hand, wash broccoli and red pepper, cut them into large pieces and put them inside the baking dish (3 min).
Add some salt and pepper, put it into the oven (1 min)
Put the saucepan of fire, melt some butter inside (1 min)
In the meanwhile, wash the mushrooms and peel the onions, grate them (4 min)
Melt some butter in a sauce pan, and saute onions there until they get brown, then add mushrooms and saute them for 3 more minutes (6 min)
Stir in 1-2 tablespoon of flour, until the mixture gets smooth (2 min)
Add cold water, salt and pepper, stir the soup and simmer it for some more time (5 min)
Take the broccoli from the oven, try it with a fork, if it got soft, salt it and put a few pieces of cheese on it, put it back into the oven (1 min)
Lay the table, putting the tablecloth, crockery, cutlery, ladle, tureen, large dish, glasses and water or juice. (3 min)
At the end, stir the cream into the soup (2 tablespoons per person), extinguish the fire (1 min)
Take away the broccoli and red pepper, put it on a large dish. Serve the soup.
