Carrots and Cheese Salad
Potato Pancakes with Mushrooms (Deruny)
Take out of the fridge and kitchen cabinet the products you will need: carrots (1 small per person), garlic, hard cheese, potatoes (1 per person), mushrooms (3 per person), salt and pepper, sour cream, olive oil, mineral water or juice (3 min)
Wash and peel the carrots and potatoes (3 min).
Put a frying pan on fire, while it is getting hot, peel and cut the onions (2 min)
Put 3 tablespoon of olive oil and the onions into the frying pan, stir it occasionally with a wooden tablespoon (1 min)
Wash the mushrooms, cut them by halves and then slice the halves (2 min)
The onions should already turn brown, if so, add mushrooms to the frying pan. If not, wait a bit. After you added mushrooms, salt them and stir them carefully (2 min)
Grate the carrots into a bowl, then grate a few garlic claws and a piece of cheese, add salt and sour cream, stir the salad (6 min)
Grate the potatoes, add some salt there (3 min)
Put the fried mushrooms into a large dish, wash the frying pan, put it on fire again and put some olive oil (2 min)
Take 1 table spoon of grated potatoes, put it on a saucepan and press, make about 5-7 of such small pancakes on a frying pan (3 min)
Turn the pancakes and fry, then put the ready ones on a dish with mushrooms and repeat until the grated potatoes are over (10 min)
While frying the potato pancakes, lay the table, putting the tablecloth, crockery, cutlery, dish with mushrooms and deruny, salad and glasses
