Beef Steaks
Spinach Stewed with Tomatoes and Onions

Take out of the fridge and kitchen cabinet the products you will need: fresh or frozen spinach, tomatoes (1 per 2 people), onions (1 per 2 people), parsley, salt and pepper, dry basil, sour cream, onions, olive oil, beef, mineral water or juice (3 min)

Put an empty saucepan on fire, put 2 tablespoons of olive oil inside (1 min)

Peel and cut the onions, put them into the saucepan and stir, then reduce the heat (3 min)

Take the spinach, cut it. When the onions begin to turn brown, add spinach and then some water, if necessary (3 min)

Wash, skin and dice tomatoes, wash and cut the parsley, put tomatoes into the saucepan and stir, leaving the parsley aside. Add salt and pepper (3 min)

Put a frying pan on fire, and 2 table spoons of olive oil on it (1 min)

Cut the beef into steaks, put the steaks on frying pan and press them carefully with wooden shovel, holding it for a couple of minutes. (3 min)

(!) Take care, because there may be splashes of hot oil, if the fire is too strong. Just make it a bit smaller, but not too small.

Turn the steaks and check, if they are roasted, then press them again. After the steaks are done, salt them, put some pepper and dry basil on both sides, and then put them on the dish and cover them with a metal lid. (4 min)

Lay the table, putting the tablecloth, crockery, cutlery, dish with steaks, glasses, dish for the spinach (3 min)

Add sour cream and parsley to the spinach, then put it into another dish, decorate with fresh tomatoes (3 min)
