Red Salmon steak with green peas and
Cheeses plate and a bottle of dry red wine
Take out of the fridge and kitchen cabinet the products you will need: a few thick pieces of salmon, a can of green peas, olive oil, a piece of lemon, salt, black pepper, dry basil, 3 cheeses and a bottle of dry red wine (2 min)
Put the frying pan on strong fire and let it become hot for 2 minutes. In the meanwhile, you can open the can of green peas and put them on a large dish (2 min)
Pour about 3 tablespoons of olive oil on it, place salmon on it and press it carefully with wooden shovel, holding it for a couple of minutes (3 min)
(!) Take care, because there may be splashes of hot oil, if the fire is too strong. Just make it a bit smaller, but not too small.
Turn the steak and check, if it roasted, then press it again. After the steak is done, salt it, put some pepper and dry basil on both sides, and then put it on the dish with peas, cover it with a metal lid (4 min)
Repeat frying with the next steak (7 min)
Decorate the steaks with a few pieces of lemon (1 min)
Put the cheeses and cheese knife on a plate (1 min)
Lay the table, putting the tablecloth, crockery, cutlery, wine glasses, hot dishes and a bottle of wine (3 min)
