Fish and seafood recipesRed Salmon steak with green peas Take out of the fridge and kitchen cabinet the products you will need: a few thick pieces of salmon, a can of green peas, olive oil, a piece of lemon, salt, black pepper, dry basil (2 min) Put the frying pan on strong fire and let it become hot for 2 minutes. In the meanwhile, you can open the can of green peas and put them on a large dish (2 min) Pour about 3 tablespoons of olive oil on pan, place salmon on it and press it carefully with wooden shovel, holding it for a couple of minutes. (3 min) (!) Take care, because there may be splashes of hot oil, if the fire is too strong. Just make it a bit smaller, but not too small. Turn the steak and check, if it roasted, then press it again. After the steak is done, salt it, put some pepper and dry basil on both sides, and then put it on the dish with peas, cover it with a metal lid. (4 min) Repeat frying with the next steak. (7 min) Decorate the steaks with a few pieces of lemon. (1 min) Time needed: 19 minutes Pasta with shrimps Take out of the fridge and kitchen cabinet the products you will need: a pack of pasta, water, salt, shrimps, 2 onions, 2 garlic clays, olive oil, black pepper, chili pepper, butter, parmesan cheese (2 min). Pour half saucepan of water and put it on fire. (1 min) Put the frying pan on fire, while it is getting hot, peel and cut the onions and garlic clays. (3 min) Put 3 tablespoons of olive oil on the frying pan, put onion and garlic on it and stir it with a wooden tablespoon. (2 min) When the onion begins to turn brown, put shrimps into the frying pan. Stir again, salt it and put some black and chili pepper (3 min), reduce heat to very low. The water in the saucepan will already boil, salt it with about 1 tablespoon of salt and place pasta inside, taking 2 handfuls for each adult person and 1 handful for a child. Look at the time on your watch and remember it. (2 min) The pasta will boil for about 5-7 minutes, depending on the time mentioned on the pack. In the meanwhile, extinguish the fire under the frying pan with shrimps, grate some cheese into a separate plate or saucer (4 min) Try carefully a piece of pasta, checking if it is ready. Pour it carefully into a colander and then back into the saucepan, put a piece of butter inside (2 min) Put the pasta on a large dish, cover it with shrimps and then with grated cheese, cover it with lid (2 min) Time needed: 21 min Fish stuffed with cabbage Take out of the fridge and kitchen cabinet the products you will need: 1 large fish, 1 onion, cabbage, 1 carrot, olive oil. You will also need a piece of foil, a few lemon pieces (2 min) Turn on the oven to make it hot (1 min) Put a frying pan on fire, while it is getting hot, peel and cut the onions (2 min) Put 3 tablespoon of olive oil and the onions into the frying pan, stir it occasionally with a wooden tablespoon (1 min) Cut the cabbage into small peaces, peel and grate the carrot. When the onion turns brown, add cabbage and carrots and stir again, reduce heat to very low (4 min). While the cabbage stews in the frying pan, take the fish, scale it, make a cut on its belly and take away its insides (5 min). (!) Tip: use some old newspaper to put away the insides and then throw it away and wash your hands Check, if the cabbage is ready, salt it and add black pepper and 1 table spool of vinegar (2 min) Salt the fish at both sides, stuff it with cabbage using a tablespoon (because the cabbage is hot), cover it with foil and put into the hot oven (2 min) It will get ready in 15-20 minutes Have some rest for 20-30 minutes Try the fish with a fork, it should already be soft, if not wait for some more time. Put the fish into a large dish and decorate it with lemon pieces (1 min). Time needed: 20 minutes of cooking plus 20-30 minutes break for rest while the fish is getting baked |
